    Hope you guys can help.

    2 days ago I changed my password on my yahoo.co.uk email account and I immediately got a message on my 8700g that the account is no longer accessible by the BB. As I needed to access my email I changed the password back again. Since then I have been unable to download emails to the BB.
    When I try to access the InternetServiceAccount from my Blackberry I now receive a message that my User ID is not recognised.

    Any ideas?

    Welcome to the Stacks Cinders. Try logging on to your my T-Mobile Account, then go into your email accounts, delete the Yahoo account. Do a battery pull reset on your BB, then go into email set up and add the Yahoo email with the new information. That should work for you.

    Thank for the fast reply.

    You have just hit on the main problem. I cannot log on to change the email accounts as the user ID is not recognised. I have tried the battery reset - no joy.

    I still receive & send SMS and the phone works fine. I am starting to think I have to ask T-Mobile to reset the account. What do you think?

    You can't log on from TMO.com? If that's the case, you probably have to have TMO reset the account for you. Let us know how you make out.

    I called T_Mobile and once they revalidated my password everything was fine.
