Wot no HTML email on T-Mobile UK?

Yes stunningly disappointing customer service from TMO in the UK. RIM goes to all the trouble of bringing out a new OS and service providers will not ugrade their BIS so us poor sods who pay their wages and buy the latest handsets can't get the functionality of the latest handsets and software. Any other UK TMO users as annoyed as me! If we can all get together and use the persuasive powers of negative publicity maybe TMO UK will upgrade their BIS to support OS 4.5
