    Unintentional E-mail Hack

    I had setup BIS on pearl two days ago. Everything worked well.Last night I was fiddling around with the BB and I clicked on "set up internet e-mail".
    A screen popped up that said something to the effect of "This handheld is set up to to operate with xxxxxxxxx sim# Would you like to change to
    xxxxxxxxx sim#" (The second sim was mine.So I clicked yes. (mistake)

    It appears as though I have set someone elses e-mail account up on my bb.There is an icon on homepage and someones e-mail address.

    To make matters worse,trying to fix it,I did it again. Two seperate unknown e-mail addresses,with icons on homepage.

    I would appreciate any help to fix this,or do I need to spend time on the phone with t-mobile. Thanks in advance.

    Try logging into BIS and fixing it that way, and make sure you have the right PIN associated with it.

    If you go into your messaging option what email addresses do you see there? Are they yours?

    Updateeleted service books of unwanted accounts,which got rid of one.
    Batterry pull got rid of the other. All seems well.
