Unable to "send" after "reply". Unable to delete service books. Anyone ?

One of our clients has an issue where he hits the reply, or reply all, and it acts like it will let him compose the reply, but when he's ready to send and hits the ball, "send" isn't an option. After doing some reasearch is was suggested that the service books be deleted,, the option was greyed out in Desktop Manager, and when I looked up how to do it the handheld.. going to advanced options, Service Book, and trying to delete "Desktop [SYNC]" delete is not an option there either.

    Anyone have any ideas?

You could go to option/advanced/host routing table and delete everything from there. Then resend your service books. Couldn't hurt to try.

    Jibberish,

The service books you need to delete are for the email address. There will be 2, CICAL and CMIME.

Oops, I meant for you to go to service books, not host routing table. That's what I meant, you can delete the email addresses from there.

Yeah, no matter where I go within the service book, delete isn't an option. I'm kind of wondering if I'm going to have to wipe his device to get him working. It's not like I don't know where to look for it, I can do it fine from my own blackberry, just seems to be something very odd with his. He's a Notes user that uses a BES server,, but he's getting converted to Outlook next week anyway, so it's not like a wipe isn't too far in his future.

Just thought I'd run it through hear to see if anyone had seen anything similar.
