    sent messages not propagating

    Messsges sent from my 8130 are no longer propagating beyond the BB itself. They used to show up in the sent folder on my IMAP web mail service and in my desktop Outlook. I've resent service books but nothing changed.Any ideas? Thanks.

    Does all other data seem to be functioning correctly? Are you receiving emails?

    Everything else seems OK. Receiving appears fine from multiple accounts.

    However, I have had issues with older messages - the command "more" is not loading automatically or manually (it says "service book information is not found"). Don't know if this is related, but it pre-dated the propagation issue.

    I've re-sent the service book three times to no avail.

    I may delete the BIS accounts and re-build them.

    I deleted and re-integrated the BIS account, but it's not helping.

    Can anyone assist?

    Nope. Just BIS, an IMAP server and Outlook on my desktop.

    Now THIS is strange.

    Verizon tech support told me this: Sent messages from a BB using BIS should NEVER show up on the IMAP server (the messages are not routed through the IMAP server, they go out via BIS), and since the sent messages don't communicate with my IMAP server, they will not show up in my desktop Outlook, unless I bcc myself. He said that RIM and/or the IMAP provider may have fixed a glitch in the last week or two that used to allow me to have what I had, but sorry, I can't have it back.

    Is this right?
