    email issue after device switch

I recently went from one 8900 to another 8900. Since then my carrier email is not in my list of email addresses associated with my blackberry.
This only matters cause I use my @rogers.blackberry.net address all the time.

Did you log in to your BIS account and update your new PIN and ESN numbers?

You might need to have the service books resent to you BB. You can do it yourself from your carriers BIS website or you can have the carrier themselves do it.

If that doesn't work, you may have to get in touch with your carriers data deptartment and have them reset your BIS account.
