Replacement 8830 won't recognize my e-mail
I had an 8830 that was set up to sync with my university email account (which is Outlook Online) I am set up as email@example.com... and everything was great
but then my charger port broke and I had to get a replacement phone-- now my phone doesn't recognize me as having my e-mail set up
WHAT'S GOING ON!?!?! I need my school e-mail on my phone because I won't have access to my computer in a couple of weeks!

Have you switched your device on your BIS account? You need to sign into that and then switch the PIN and IMEI.
Depending on your carrier they should have a place to log in to your BIS account. How did you setup your emails for your BB? Not sure about Sprint, but TMO has the link within our My T-mobile accounts.

Have you made an account and setup your emails? You should have done this when you first got your BB.
