    Welcome to Pinstack. Did you recently install and/or configure Desktop Manager? Typically this indicates that you have installed Redirector. If you are on BIS all you need to do is un-install DM and reinstall, select Blackberry Internet Service instead of BB Enterprise or Redirector, and this should take care of your issue.     Oddly enough, I had the same problem and DT was installed as BIS.... However, the references to Desktop CMIME and Desktop CICAL existed in my Service Books. Removing those seems to have eliminated the problem....

    For now.
