    you use desktop redirector
this is how outlook and the blackberry communicate to sync email messages from the two locations
just leave em alone they'll go away next time you his send and recieve
you can configure the redirector so it won't sync with the BB if it's connected to the device
this will limit the occurances of these message when you are sitting at your desk working provided you plug you BB in to the computer
    hope that helps

You get those emails when you are NOT connected.

Question: why do you choose to use Redirector instead of BIS?

uninstall the desktop manager software from your pc and reinstall, when the prompt appears to use "redirector" or "blackberry internet service" appears, choose "Blackberry Internet service". go into your service books and delete any files with "Desktop" in it.. "Desktop CMIME and Desktop CICAL"... even if you dont use email, just follow these directions.

What are Service Books? Where are they? In the Blackberry or on the computer?
