Problems getting some Emails
I have an 8330, and I am not getting all of my emails, most come through, so I called Verizon and they re registered my address, etc. Should I delete my service books and re-send them? What do I delete in the service books? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
BTW, The 8330 is running O.S. 4.3 on the BIS Verizon network.
Are you also set up to receive these e-mails through Outlook or another mail client? If so, do you have the settings as such that messages are saved on the server for a certain period of time?
They are set up through Internet Mail on my home PC, and yes they are set to save on server.
Okay, cool. So if you want to try and delete Service Books, there will be two for each account that you will delete (CICAL is for the calendar and CMIME is for e-mail). Delete both of those for each account you're having trouble with.
You might even want to re-create the e-mails in the BIS account, then re-send service books.
