    No "Send" option on replies

For some reason, on my 8700c, I can open an email and click "reply" and all that is fine. Once I type the message, I click on the wheel and there is no "send" option.
I can compose an email and send it, but can't reply.
    Any ideas?

I saw this once before and resending the service books didn't work. However, I would try that 1st. Login to to your carriers BIS and click to "Resend Service Books".

In the the last case the OS wiped and installed again

I've seen the same issue when using the BES. Check your OPTIONS -> Messasing Service.
And if need be, delete and undelete your service books

I have run into this same issue on a blackberry 7520. I have deleted the service books and resent them. When that failed I wiped the blackberry with JLCommander and reinstalled the OS. After reactivating I am still getting the same thing. Any thoughts?

What is your issue jwade? Same as above, no send option? Are you on a BES or using BIS? What OS do you have? When did the issue start?
