New 8310 setup questions - working with work and home

Setting up my wife's 8310 (ATT).

She has one personal email account that she uses Outlook on her laptop. I believe its POP (thru Godaddy.com)

She has one work email account that she uses another Outlook with Exchange at work. They do NOT have BES.

I am installing the BB desktop sw on her personal laptop and thats where she will sync her personal PIM data (contacts, calendar, etc). That part is straightfoward.

My question is about what to do at work. Since she doesn't have a BES I assume I will need to setup the desktop redirector. Will that handle her work email as well as her work calendar/contacts?

How would it handle contacts on both home and work systems? She would like them separate so that her work machine doesn't get personal contacts, and vice versa.

    Thx!

You wont like redirector....try just setting up her work email on your BIS set up page - In most cases these exchange accounts work fine with BIS.
