Need help to stop BIS email from being received
I have a berry from a user thats not with us anymore, and the account is still active. Only problem is this user setup their personal email on the device using BIS. Now, I dont have his username or password. How can i keep his Personal email from being sent to the device anymore?
have you tried deleting the service books for the emails?
options>advanced>service book>look for the email's service book

the best thing i could suggest is contacting the original owner and getting them to delete their email accounts off their service provider's website so that they arent registered with the blackberry anymore

Contact the carrier, and just tell them to kill the BIS account, or ask them for the login information for it.
They can give you the username, then just have them reset the password to blackberry or something.
