    Lookup feature for BES address book not working?

    Ok so I have a new BlackBerry user, I set him up the same way that I set up everyone and his email is working fine.

    Except . . . when he goes to compose an Email and hits his menu button (one left of the trackball) and then selects Attach Address, then hits the menu button again, he doesnt see an option for "Lookup" like everyone else does.

    Are we just being too impatient? and it hasnt had time to get to that point, he was set up about half an hour before this post.

    Well I think that I may have figured it out,

    Address Book > menu button > options > Wireless Sync = Yes
    Havent tried it yet but it may be possible that his wireless sync is turned off.
    If there is another solution or idea of the problem, let me know

    yea that sounds like the problem. if he is connected to your company BES the wireless sync should be on
