Since my office using Sun Java System Communications Express 6.3 (SJSC), I can't seemed to add my office email into my BIS account. Is it because SJSC is not compatible or was it just me? Even my carrier can't solve this problem Probably anybody here can help me on this. I can't afford to miss any more emails from my boss.. PLEASE HELP!!!
how are you trying to add the account? POP3 or IMAP? make sure the login settings are correct. you should contact your IT dept and they should have the correct login settings. good luck
