    Question Having trouble with switched Pearl and Email

    We have recently moved from US to Canada and have unlocked our Blackberry Pearls successfully and switched from T-Mobile to Rogers. All systems work fine, except for our email. When trying to add email clients to our phones we go to Email Settings then immediately get to a page that offers either New Users or Existing Users. If we choose New Users it tells us that there is an existing account for this PIN. But if we choos Existing User, it prompts for a username and password, which we have absolutely no idea what they might be. Any idea what we can do to add email addresses? Help!

    Did you have tmobile delete your bis account? If not, your pin/imei are still registered for tmobiles bis and you need to call them to have them delete the account.
