finally got the bb package, but still cant activate my email
when i try to setup an email address, it tells me the server is not responding...
what am i doing wrong?
If you are trying to add to BES did you get a BES data plan?
Are you doing it over the PC? How are you going about doing this? Who is your carrier? If you're trying th enterprise activation that is not what you should be trying to use to activate your BIS.
Also it would help if you filled out your profile. It saves us time.

i figured it out though
it wasnt giving me the option to setup a normal email account in the setup wizard.
but the last time i tried it, it gave me the option.
so i got it figured out.
