Employees can't read replies
Ever since I updated my software on my BB 8130 my employees can not read my email replies. I can compose a new email to them, but if I reply to one that they send me it will not open it. It's only with At&t/Bellsouth so I'm assuming it has something to do with them. Everyone else that I reply to works just fine.
Anyone else have this problem?
I would try deleting the CMIME file from the Service book folder in advanced option and then resending the service book. CMIME has a reference to outgoing email so there might possibly be a corrupt file in there. After that do a hard reboot and see if that helps.

Still not working......
You would have to have access to blackberry manager for your BES server.
1. enter your name click search
2. right click your name
3. scroll down to send service book and click on it.
4. They say you don't have to but I like to do a hard reboot for good measure.
After that I would send out a test. Hopefully it should be good to go.
I even tried deleting the email account and adding back, but that didn't help either.
Any other suggestions?
The most important thing I failed to ask is what is your mail system setup?
I'm going to assume you're on a BES server? Are you on Lotus Notes or Outlook?

I spent several days talking w/Verizon, RIM, Blackberry and AT&T and they all say it's not their problem.
I guess I"ll just wait and see if the problem fixes itself, but I have a feeling that will not happen.
I'm thinking it has something to do with the Bellsouth - AT&T merger.
I'm sorry I couldn't be of anymore help but I'm miffed as well.
