    I'm using Alltel and I sent service books from my BIS site to my phone with no problem. Are you using the computer you normally use to send these service books? Just questioning maybe a browser issue...

    What if you re-enter your PIN & ESN under the "Change Device" section? Does that resolve the problem?

    Ohhhhhhh....well, may just be a Verizon issue for the moment. Is it a persistent issue or just in the last little bit?

    I also had Cat delete and undelete his Gmail service books from his device, still no resolution.

    Not real sure how those links are applicable to this problem. The issue appears to be a Verizon issue and service books, not Gmail related.

    true. i've never had gmail problems before but i appreciate any advice. my VERY last resort is calling the verizon wizards.

    Yeah, I think that may be the next step for you unfortunately just to see if they are aware of an issue on the system right now.

    Good luck...If you're having to call them, I'm sure we'll see the resolution they give you in about an hour!!!

    I'm having this same problem... I'm on verizon and I'm using a Storm. Gmail emails dont seem to get forwarded to me.

    I'm in Baltimore, MD.
