    Emails deleteing themselves Daily?

    I'm using a BB 7100i

    I have my work email set up thru outlook with the pop mail server/username/password. I receive the email just fine, in a timely manner, but every night, all the emails from that day are deleted automatically. The next day I receive all my emails, but it happens again.

    I've only had the phone for about a month, but this didn't happen the first two weeks I had it.

    Can anybody tell me why these emails are deleting themselves? Thanks in advance!

    Thanks for the reply, I tried pulling the battery and some of the other things on there. Plenty of space avail around 40mb. I dont have any extras from factory, have only used it for phone, text, email, web browsing, etc. so far.

    None of my text messages, call logs, or the @sprint.blackberry.net email are encountering this problem.

    Hmmm, then I would go to "search for" up top and type in bes emails disappearing and I am sure there will be some threads that you can read through. I just have bis, but remembered that thread and thought it might help. Good Luck

    Just pulling the battery seemed to fix it. I have yesterdays emails. I should have known, a good power cycle fixes anything. Thanks again.

    The issue is reoccuring, and power cycling is no longer fixing the problem. Emails that I've sent remain, but not received.

    Anybody else having this?

    messages->options->email reconciliation

    for the email account you are having problems with, what does it say next to "delete on"

    It is set as delete on Prompt

    Wireless Reconcile - On

    On Conflict - Mailbox wins
