    Email problems. Please HELP!


    My girlfriend had a pearl and I ended up buying her a new 8320 yesterday. Her old PIN transfered over and the emails show up on the setup but for some reason the mail icons do not pop up on the phone. I tried deleting and adding the email accounts and still no luck.

    What can I do??!!???

    Go to the website site for your carrier and resend the service books after you do a device change there. I have seen probs with doing it from the device occasionally. if you use ATT(can't tell in your profile) it it this:

    The 8320 is from TMO. You can do the same on the TMO website under set up email If you have the set up email icon on your phone, you can do it from there as well. Also go to options/advanced options/host routing table then hit the menu button and click register now.
