    I was not receiving any emails from my personal msn account. I resent the service books and still no luck. In hopes to correct the problem I removed the account then went to re add it. Now it will not let me re add the account. It keeps telling me to re check my information then contact the email provider. All the info is correct I'm a little lost now on what to do....

    Are you paying for your MSN account, a lot of email providers have required that you opay them now for POP access, if your account is POP-enabled I would chenge the PW for the MSN account and then attempt to re-integrate it on your BIS account.

    Tried both and no luck. I did previously have the upgraded MSN (came with DSL) I have since moved and just use hotmail now. That is my primary email for financial accounts and really need that on the go. Any other help would be great.
