    email not working

    Hi guys! I'm new to this. See yall know a lot more about bb than me. So here up it is.I have a bb 8310 that the email does not work! I called att tech support,was on the phone for over an hour. All they came up with was to do the master rest. We did and sent the service books and re registered. So it worked for one whole day!! Now back to nothing!does anyone have any ideas what else I can try? Thinking when I installed myback up files it did some thing to it. Not sure. Could some one please help! Thanks

    Try deleting and resending your service books again and see what that does.

    Sorry about that. Go into options/advanced options/service book/delete then go into your email setup and log into BIS- Blackberry internet service and resend them.

    Ok did that then sent a test and nothing

    With out turning off your BB pull out your battery and leave it out for about 30 seconds and put it back in.~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~

    So when you say it doesnt work, you dont receive anything and when you try to send what happens? just a check?

    I did the battery thing. Nothing. Right it just shows a check but doesn't send it ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~

    i've been having the same problem with my 8310 forever!! i just upgraded the ATT OS to 4.5.0.81, i've deleted the account, rebooted, re-added it, re-registered, resent service books, everything that has been suggested here. still nada

    it worked when i first added it, then our i.t. guy did some upgrades to the server, and it hasn't worked since, yet it works for him on his pearl. i'm about to send it back and get a replacement.

    ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~i have had this problem, I just go in and delete the email and re add it. That fixes the problem. If you haven't done so yet, try it.

    I have an 8800 and upgraded my bb to 4.5.0.81 platform 2.7.0.78. The html email worked at first and all of a sudden, it stopped working. This what I get instead. [!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.] There's more but it's too long. Can someone help? You can pin me at:23F6392D
