E-mail Not Coming Through Both Devices

    My boss & I run 8830 & 8130 and another colleague runs an 8330.

Sometimes we don't get e-mails to our devices, but we'll get them to our mailboxes.
Why can't we get them on both?

    Thanks!

for the emails that dont come to the device,
do you have a folder for them in your mailbox? or have you created filters?

If you are using BIS and Outlook (and do not have filters restricting mail to the device), you need to go into your Outlook account settings and tell it to "Leave mail on server" and choose 3 or 4 days.

If Outlook is open and you have not done the above, mail will not come to both the Outlook and the device. However, if you tell it to leave the mail on the server, it will go to both whether Outlook is open or not.

    Here's a step-by-step to do that:

On the Tools menu, click E-mail Accounts.
    - Click View or change existing e-mail accounts, and then click Next.
    - Select your ISP account, and then click Change.
    - Click More Settings.
    - Click the Advanced tab, and under Delivery, check "Leave a copy of
messages on the server" check box.

Post back if you continue to have problems...

    Thanks KalebsDad78!

Outlook was closed and we weren't getting mail - I couldn't figure it out.

    Great help!
    Best of Luck!
