    E-mail folders

    Total newby here. Just came from years of Palm and Treo. Question is when I go to the message icon from the home screen on my BB7250, is there a way for it to go to inbox folder and not all messages and calls etc. Using BES. Any help is apprecicated.

    Hello Indycar and Welcome to the Stacks. The Messages Icon will receive copies of all email, SMS, MMS, etc. There is no way to change that. To get it to stop receiving calls, open your phone app, click for Options, select Call Logging and select None, click and Save. That should stop the calls from going to the messages folder.

    You can set up and save searchs in the message app. Save a search for e-mail only to limit what is displayed. I have a few set up to make managing the messages a bit easier.
