    Desktop Redirector and Attachments

I have an 8830 from Sprint and I have Desktop Manager 4.6 installed on my work PC. I use the Re-director to get my work email and I have noticed that emails that are re-directed from my work account show that they have an attachment when viewing the email but it is not actually attached. There is no paper clip icon on the email in the list of emails.
When I receive an email from my personal account using BIS the attachment is there and can be opened.
Is this normal? Any tips on how to make attachments come through when using the desktop re-director?
    Thanks for your help!

Desktop Redirector does not support attachments. That is one of the limitations.

You can throw BB Unite on your XP desktop and it'll do what you want:

    Free download...

Did you mean Unite? (as you quoted me) I would certainly think so.

just installed 1.0 version and tried sending myself an html email, and it was delivered as text. Anyone know how to configure this to send/forward HTML to my BB?

From what I've read, if you run the updater it adds the HTML / rich encoding support.

Isn't there a check for updates in Unite? (should be) - yep, believe 1.02 should take you there.
