Desktop Manager preventing HTML emails?
Here's a strange circumstance. I have Desktop Manger loaded on my laptop at Home which I connect to work via Citrix and can sync with Exchange. Well, I recently loaded my updated OS through my Laptop and when I sync with my laptop I have the option of HTML email through my BES account. But when I sync through my work Desktop (syncing with the same BES Server) it removes the HTML option.
I'm really confused about what is happening here. Kinda making me mad!
Any thoughts on what could be happening with my work Desktop? I've uninstalled Desktop Manager and will reinstall it to see if there was some sort of weird setting, but I'm out of answers.
It sounds like your IT Department has HTML email blocked through an IT Policy. If that is the case, there's nothing you can do to change it.
They tell me it's not. Plus when I sync to Exchange from my laptop it doesn't remove HTML. It's something with this computer...
