rileco, I'm not sure but I think that at the end of them first month after the transition, the emails in you folders will automatically be deleted. The folders themselves may also be deleted. I can't verifiy this as I have not tranitioned, but that is the way I read the publicity about the transition.

    Hope this Helps

    ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~

When I switched from 1.8 to 2.0, my carrier had to completely delete my account on the BIS and I had to set up a new one. During this process those folders were removed without my intervention.

Have you tried re-sending your service books? Or rather, when you transitioned, did you receive new service books?

Are you on a BES as well as BIS? If so, you will still have folders as determined by your BES.

I am on BIS and have sent new service books even deleted the web client service book. It's been over a month since the switch and the folders I created in 1.8 for the filters are are still there...

Probably not relavent, but have you done a battery pull and a Register Now since you accepted the transition?
