    Question Changing service provider with same device

    I switched from TMO to At&T but decided to retain my old bb device. {8800}. Now, I cant seem to access my BIS email (@tmo.blackberry.net) - nor am i able to set up a new one. It fails with "an account already exists for this pin". Donno what to search for and hence posting... sorry if this is reposted.

    You'll have to call TMO and asked them to get the PIN released, and after you should be ok to create an account with AT&T
