On AT&T with a BIS unlimited plan will Blackberry maps work or do I need to sign up for additional GPS packages or something?

What model do you have? If for sure its the 8110 you have blackberry maps .For pure GPS, Telenav would be an additional $10 a month same with the new Garmin service since they are considered 3rd party apps.

check out either Nav4all or AmazeGPS. Both are free turn-by-turn GPS programs.

Actually all the apps in this thread are capable of turn by turn directions. They all work pretty good, but for me the look and funtionalty of gmaps and infospace have my vote. Superpages is good too, would be my only gps/411 app but the gps features are buggy, but its free, maps are good, lookup works, sat.images, its like infospace and gmaps rolled into one app. Can't wait for an update. FYI "infospace findit" was bought out and is actually now called superpages, but they are 2 different programs.

    DYLAN TROTT HERE (new username)

Back when I had a 7280 I used GMaps. I may just go back to that. I like when apps are simply and high quality.
