    I have 4 e-mail accounts linked to my BIS. Only one account has any sort of filter on it and that is to avoid getting all the SPAM I get on that account sent to my 8310.

    Having said that, I am not getting all my e-mails pushed to the BB. For instance, I will receive an e-mail on my laptop where I have two e-mail accounts set up, but never get it on the BlackBerry. Why is it that I will get the e-mails pushed some of the time, but not all of the time? By the way, this is the case even for an e-mail account for which I have NO filter set up on the web client.

    Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Check your settings in Outlook to make sure that the account(s) advanced settings are "leave a copy of messages on server" Not sure if this is your issue (its normally not an intermitent problem) but its worth checking....

    Thanks, Gary. I do NOT leave a copy of messages on the servers for either account I have set up in Outlook or Thunderbird. That could be an explanation.

    I changed the setting to save on the server for at least one day.

    I'll keep you posted, but so far, so good!

    That seems to have done the trick, Gary.

    Saving the e-mails on the server temporarily solves the issue with not getting all my e-mails pushed to the BB.
