    BIS Email Problem

    I'm perplexed. I currently have 3 email accounts set up on my 8703e. The two personal emails work fine. My work email (non-exchange) worked fine up until Monday. It still sends OK, it just will not receive incoming email from that account anymore. I tried resending the service books, and still no dice.

    Any ideas?

    if non-exchange do you use then lotus notes?

    No a Linux mail server of some sort. Small company of 10 people.

    As I mentioned, It was all working Monday (receiving). I was out yesterday, and sent a message, but received no reply. Got in this morning, and a reply was in my inbox in outlook.

    is all three accounts set up in your BIS? or are you using the redirector to push your work emails?

    Check your outlook settings at work to make sure that it is set to "leave messages on server".

    Its an IMAP server, but I have a rule set to move my email from the IMAP store to a local Inbox on my Computer. I think the leave mail on server is a pop thing.

    Seems to be working now, but its a slow email day. I'll see how it goes the next few days. We are supposed to be upgrading the server soon too, so I'll wait and see. I only set up the work account on my BB occasionally (its a personal one).
