    BIS 2.3 & Yahoo e-mail

Ever since the upgrade to 2.3, I have been unable to change the "Email Reconciliation" options for my sbcglobal.net account. Before the upgrade, I had wireless reconciliation turned off for that particular account (too much spam). Even though it was turned off, I still had the options available to me. Now, I have nothing in that particular menu.I tried deleting the account from my BIS, and then adding it again, but still no reconciliation options.Has anybody run into any similar problems with the new BIS?

do you have a 'special' yahoo account?

im on cingular and 1) have a reg yahoo acct set up years ago and it works fine, with the reconciliation part too and 2) have a 'hosted' yahoo account and it has the same settings...

we need to figure out what is so special about that account...especially since you deleted it and readded...have you resent your service books?

Yes the ervice books were deleted and resent, again with no results.

I did decide to try it all again today (this time holding my mouth just a little differently ). Now I have the reconciliation options again, but a new problem has come up. I have two icons for that email account. Should I just "hide" one of them, or do I dare trying to og through it all one more time?

Just tried to delete the service books again. There is still one of the icons for that email account showing, but no service books are listed for it. I tried deleting everything out of it, but it still remains. I really am at a loss on this one.

Finally! Did a batt pull, the icon wnet away. Resent service books again, and now all is good. I guess the 2.3 upgrade didn't go as smoothly as reported by engadget.com.
