just got my curve 8310 on t-mobile uk..

and the problem im having is the browser is a "t-zones" browser.. not a blackberry browser..

so i cant access mobile.blackberry.com do download stuff ota to my blackberry..

i remember having this same problem with my 8800 when i first got it but i cant remember how i fixed it!! grr..

ive tried batt pulls and re sending service books.. but compared to my 8800 im missing a service book its called "blackberry internet browsing service" and instead i have "T-Mobile internet [BrowserConfig]"

tried deleting the t-mobile one and re sending service books...no luck..

if anyone can help that would be great!

    Have you tried the following:

    Options>Advanced>Host Routing Table>Highlight bolded characters>Menu>Register
    BlackBerry Rocks!<-Check it out!

well you would only have BlackBerry Browser if you are on a BES.

However you should have the option for Internet Browser provided your device has the proper data plan and provisioning through the carrier.
