    Mandriva now supports BlackBerry synchronization with Linux

    Mandriva promises to add information on Blackberry to the documentation page. Actually it's a bit easier with Blackberries as there's no need to create a 'partnership' before you can sync, but you do need to know the PIN of your Blackberry. The procedure is similar: install task-blackberry-kde, run KitchenSync, create a group, add the Barry and KDE-PIM plugins, and hit Synchronize. Contacts and calendar can be synchronized.

    Sweet. It looks like the Linux community is finally picking up the slack where RIM is falling behind. I'll be excited to see how this develops.
