    Have you actually gotten Telenav to work with the GPSlim236, or are you merely speculating?
    If thats the case, given that there are multiple free services that DO work with it (Google, BB Maps, and Nav4All) I would suggest trying one of those. I have worked with Google Maps and Nav4All without any issues. Never bothered with TeleNav but just assumed it worked since the free services did.

    hey guys,
    as stated above i have the holux gpslim 236, and whenever i bought mine for whatever reason the cd-rom was not included. im having a hard time getting a copy of it. can anyone who has this device tell me what the cdrom does for you and if i need it? TIA

    Do a OS upgrade and make sure to delete the vendor file and you should be able to remove it.

    The latest release of Telenav supports the GPSlim236. I like the service better than any of the free GPS navigators I've tried.
