Never heard of it... anyone else?
Apparently, Navizon allows people with GPS phones to download a free version of the software that allows Navizon to map locations of cell towers and public wifi hotspots. People without GPS phones can download a $20 version that tracks their location simply by the cell tower.
Has any one tried it? Will there be a version for blackberry soon? Will it works with Blackberry maps?
Could you please provide the link to them?
I am quite interested what they have...
hey on the site it says:
Mapping the Wireless Landscape- FREE -
REQUIREMENTS -- an active GPS receiver, a Wi-Fi and/or Cellular enabled Pocket PC or a Smartphone.
So, do we still need the external bluetooth receiver for this to work?
nevermind, you only need an external gps if there are no data maps for your area.
