I'm trying to get a cheap router for work where I have ethernet acc to broadband, any suggestions for a router good only for this without having to configure it through a pc?

Any basic wireless router will work. I have a netgear super g router at home. I don't have the tmobile router and everything works great.

Yea I do too but I'm looking for a cheap one just to give good browsing at work where I don't have a pc at hand.If I config it at home will it work on a different ip? Or I'll have to config on my lap?

You might have to configure it, but if you're planning on buying a good wireless router for work, make sure you run it by IT. We fired a guy for plugging in his home wireless router into our network.
