    first, i don't have add-on plan but i have wi-fi from my wireless route. i tried to sign on aim or yahoo msg but no luck. i also can't access internet. please help

    ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~You probably neesd the service books. If you are with T-Mo call them and ask for the BB enabler service book to be sent to your device. If you are with AT$T the only way to get the service books sent is to sign up for a data plan (you can drop after the books are sent and working), but that is the only known way right now. Also check that the APN is set correclty in the advanced options setting screen as if this isn't there it won't work either.

    ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~if he is a stacker, just search for his user name (if that already isn't itay and just PM him. Are you having wi-fi problems as maybe someone here can help, sincew you came here and threadjacked in the first place.

    Once again, we can not answer your question unitl you answer the other questions that I have posed numerous times in your other posts. You have yet to supply any answers to any questions that have been asked. There is no way for us to help you help yourself, if you don't work with us a little bit. I have posed several questions in all of your posts and the only responses I have received are questions again and no answers to the basics or questions posed. The APN is different for every provider. This forums covers different devices as well which could have different settings as well. Your profile has no answers about anything, and that includes country you are from (as this is the internet and we visitors from all around the world), device you are using (several now have wifi), the provider you are using (each provider has there own settings), if you have a data plan of any sort (as this will change the way the device reacts), and exactly what you are tryiing to do with the device.
    hopefully now ypou can see why without these questions answered help can not be given.

    i got it working now. i contact t-mobile tech and they showed me step by step. thank for all your comments.

    Do you remember who you spoke with over at Tmobile? I've talked to 3 tech support specialists and none of them have been able to help me.

    They all keep saying that I must have the data plan.
