you have to log into the router, and locate the WEP password and input that password into the bb

    Re: WEP password

Then you are going to have to disable the encryption on the router itself

~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~thats what I was thinking. Blah. O well, I get edge service here so I will have to live with that.

Anyone know a 'vibrate' shortcut for the curve? On my wifes pearl she just holds down #. Anything similiar for the curve?

    Re: WEP password

    Try this...

    Channel: 6-2.437GHz
    Security mode: WEP
Encryption: 64 bits and 10 hex digits
Put in your password and generate a key, then save settings and enter the wep key into your BB.

That is how I connect on my pocketpc phones, I dont have a BB with wifi but it may very well be the same settings. Oh, also works on my psp. Good luck, I hope it helps.
