    tks. benritmeyer vbmenu_register("postmenu_397177", true);*

I think there's wrong with my setting. coz my 8820 opened the website with a very very slow speed, sometimes it also showed " cannot find the server" ,then couldn't open the website.

one more thing, I also cannot login the MSN by WIFI. Does it need any other special setting?

~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~how are you trying to connect? Through a vpn or just ur home broadband connection? I just scanned for wi-fi. It found it, then it asked for my PSK code which I typed in. Even if you have reception it seems to default to wifi automatically

~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~well I'm based in the UK and I didn't have to. Can't see why you'd need a plan, since the whole point of wifi is to not use your network for data!
I see u were typing in a WEP code. Is that the way its set up? I shud ask u for a PSK if you've just got standard security like most home broadband

    hibenritmeyer

can u tell me what ROM you r using?
I've even tried not using any security authentication in the router(without any password).
but my 8820 aslo couldn't login.

is PSK a security authentication mode of passing in a router?

    ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~ROM?
Sorry I'm not that techy minded but all I did was search for wi fi and it asked for my psk (Pre-Shared Key) which was on a little card that my broadband provider gave me and then I saved the wi fi profile. I then set my default browser (in advanced options - broswer) and then whenever I'm in my house it pics up. As soon as I'm out of the house it just changes to standard browser. Which country are you located in?

~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~i,m in UK, and wifi icon is black if network radio is on. Browser may use either network or wifi. If network is off then wifi is gray but connects to internet free.
