    Modify Plazmic

    Advertisement

    OK, My computer just crashed on me and I can't find how to modify plazmic so you can make themes for the older OS. Like custom themes for 4.2 and so on. Anyone have the file that I need to change? I can't remember what you change the file to.

    Any help is greatly appreciated..

    goto c:\program files\plazmicCDK/resources/theme/<choose directory here>/*.properties files

    Edit the following lines in your properties files with the down versions you want to export.....

    theme.supportedHandheldOs = 4.5
    theme.preferredHandheldOs = 4.5
    theme.importOs = 4.5

    To look something like this

    theme.supportedHandheldOs = 4.2.2,4.5
    theme.preferredHandheldOs = 4.5, 4.3, 4.2.1,4.2,4.1
    theme.importOs = 4.2.2,4.3.1,4.5

    You have to do this for each properties file relevant to the themes you are creating.

    Or.... If you are like me and you don't care about Vista's annoying security, you have User Control turned OFF... lol

    But you are RIGHT of course.

    P.S. I knew what you sent would be right, but OTHERS might like to know. I had the same problem last night exporting a file for someone who didn't provide an os #. I had done it a long tme ago and had to search for half an hour to figure out which files it was again... So it was fresh in my mind.
