Update: I did manage to load this theme using the instructions in post #1 and by downloading the .jad file for the 8100 located here:

It really is a great theme...being able to scroll down to 5 extra shortcuts makes all the difference compared to the std. "Today" theme.

It uses a different background image than the std. BB Dimensions Today theme, but it is easy enough to find that background wallpaper image and download it if you just gotta have the sky/grass/road photo.

So all I can say is that I downloaded the .cod files from froesei's OTA-less TodayPlus/Scribble thread, but downloaded the 240x260 instead of the 320x240, and then created an ALX file to load it up into DesktopManager.
