Hi,
Has anyone been able to customize the AT&T Today theme?
For example, add/removing icons and applications.

you cant per sar remove icons. but you can hide them. click meny which is the blackberry symbol. then click hide on the icons you dont want or move to whereever you want to move them too. application can be deleted by going to options. applications and delete whichever one ones you dont want. hope this helps

You can do as Nicky says... or you can choose to create new folders and catergorize some of the icons... I made a Shop folder for all that Shopping Stuff / a games and fun folder for that stuff, etc... cleared up a lot of the clutter -

yes... ^^ deleting the service books will remove all the media net stuff, but the next time you have service books pushed, they will be back

Thank you for the suggestions.
However, I was talking about the Today screen where you have Message, Calendar, phone log, Applications. This screen shows upcoming appointments, calls, messages, etc.

I am hoping to add a couple of other applications/icons to the home screen such as tasks.

You could try plazmic theme maker to change existing themes.

I'm looking for the exact same thing. The today theme with tasks along with messages, calendar, phone log, would be perfect.

abra/riv -- like taimur said, you would actually need to create a custom theme to be able to put your own favorite apps on the today screen. once the theme is made, unlike the zen, there is no way to change what apps are on the today screen.
