hola tengo un problema con mi blackberry pearl en la parte donde me aperecen los mensajes ,me aparece un numero 1 junto con un globo azul y no se como quitarlo, ayuda por favor, gracias!!!

heres my guess.
it's either a pushed message or he saved a web page and now it's showing up as a message
videosxbox, go through you message folder and see if there is a message with the same symbol open it and the indicator should leave.
post back and I hope you can read this.

VIEOSXBOX- abre su carpeta del mensaje y vea si hay un mensaje con el mismo simbolo global azul y abre ese mensaje para ver si eso hace el simbolo se va
