| Outlook Function OpenMsgStore failed
When I connect my BB Pearl to my computer it gives me the Intellisync warning that "Function OpenMsgStore failed". The redirector has not functioned for two days. I have searched through this forum but cannot seem to find this particular problem. Forgive me if I missed it somewhere. Any help is appreciated.

"Click RESET CONFIGURATION in the synchronize tool's CONFIGURATION tab." Where do I find this tab? Is it in Outlook or on my BB? |

in desktop manager click on synchronize. click on the configuration tab. you will see reset configuration. as the post says you will have to reconfigure your synchronization settings afterwards. let us know if this helps.

Sorry, I found where it is. It's on the BlackBerry Desktop Manager on the Sychronize button. I reset then reconfigured it to sync with Outlook. Looks OK so far. Thanks for the link!

I am having the same problem with Function OpenMsgStore Failed. I am running Desktop Manager 4.7v so my screen looks a bit different. Can you tell me how to fix there error with my version? Thanks |
