How to sync BBemail with PC email

Not sure if this is the correct forum, but how do I sync my PC (running windows XP) with my 8310? I'm wanting my emails that I get on my home PC to show up on my BB, right now all I have is the att.blackberry.net emails on my phone. Or do I have to get RIM involved to set it up? Thanks all.

chokem, you can go into your BIS account and add the email addy for home. course, they would work only for inbox (not BES-like)
