I am a newby with my blackberry 7100i. Just opened it last night and have a lot to learn. I am looking for the best free download for the GPS system. What is out there?

I think it is free with bb maps. Other option for the gps is telenav. There's a free version but i'm not sure how good it is(free version i mean).

I have a question. Do you pay for date downloded to bb maps? Is the a sir time charge or can it be used with out running up a large bill?

It won't work with Rogers, you don't have gps inside the BB 8100

I have BBmaps and the GPS does not work for me. Got this error:

''Unable to acquire GPS''

Windex you need to be in an EVDO area and be sure that in options - location based service is set at ON
