I am not really a Blackberry user I just deal with the problems Blackberry users run into. Currently most of our Blackberries are on the Nextel network. My group issues, activates, upgrades etc the devices. We usually are finished with our part when the device is activated then PC support handles enterprise activation and deals with software errors. This process leaves a huge gray area where it is unclear who handles errors. I found this forum searching for JVM errors. My first visit was yesterday afternoon. The information on JVM errors is awesome!
