    RIM 8700c and Me

Hi, I'm from Northern NJ and have a new RIM 8700c. Im a mechanic and have been with the same company for 25 years starting there when I was 20. I have many hobbies to keep myself busy; computers - radio control aircraft - ham radio and the like. I have had a few Pocket PC type cells and many others in the past so it was very easy to learn the 8700c. I am very happy with it but am even more happy to have found this whole web community for the BB. I have been looking for a place to hang out with my BB since I bought it a few days ago and this looks like the place to be.

Thanks all. Just an up date here. I now have a BB 8800, yup, had to upgrade with that Cingular Buyers Remorce Program. The 8700 c is very nice, especially the keyboard layout and it vibrates really strong to, but I wanted a memory card slot and I wanted to play different media files and there are other things I wanted that the 8800 has. Well now that I switched I am having lots of trouble useing the 8800 keybord- Now What? The keys are small-dark-close together and slippery! Well I'm making due the best I can in hopes it gets better. There are lots of good things with the 8800 so it should be ok. Later...
